Per "Clipboard" Karl Rove on Fox just a few minutes ago. And with more Blacks voting for Trump this year, that is GREAT NEWS for Trump voters!

We need similar news in NC.
Early voting there looks much worse for Trump, though I recall a similar scenario in 2016...

So far, Black voter turnout is up statewide over the same period in 2016, as is most every other demographic in an election that has already seen a record number of early votes cast. But it’s also true that Black voters are casting ballots at lower rates than their white counterparts, setting up a crucial final five days heading into Nov. 3.
Statewide, Black voters had nearly matched their entire 2016 output by Wednesday, according to Shropshire, similar to other voting groups. But Hawkfish’s analysis found that in Broward, Black voters had cast only 74 percent of their total 2016 Black vote.

What was the black vote percentage that voted in 2016?

If these numbers are similar in NC and Florida, is VA in play? Probably not but a man can dream.

What happened last year?

Trump would need 15 to 20 percent of the Black Vote to win Virginia IMHO.

Trump behind 270k in NC and only behind 130k currently in FL, which is is a bigger state.
Not as many votes remain in NC and Trump has a bigger deficit. Gonna need a huge election day. I think he'll get it, but it looks like FL will come easier than NC this year...

More Blacks had voted and were supporting the Dims.

Correction: if the Hispanic vote remained the same (it won't) then Trump would need 30% of the black vote to carry VA.

So, it's not terrible just not as good as FL?

Irrelevant, there's a lot more Ds voted so far in La than Rs. NC is much like La, many Ds vote R in national elections.

Now I guess 23.5% could be of all black adults, but obviously non-register voters are irrelevant at this point.

Sure hope he gets 26, but I think Trump will get more Dems voting Rep than what the polls suggest. We shall see.

Wasn't it like 300k in 2016?

I follow Larry Schweikart on Twitter, basically Florida looks good. AZ looks good.
He speaks in worse gibberish than Biden though. You have to read the comments from normal people.

I live in NC and everyone around me is Biden. NC is going to be tough for Trump to win. Lots of Yankees and they don’t vote Trump.
