Drunk Dean Martin was awesome.
“No seriously, in all seriousness, I feel sorry for you people that don’t drink. When you get up in the morning, that’s the best you’re gonna feel all day.”
Him coming out on stage for the opening of his show with a drink in one hand and a cigarette in the other was fantastic.
“Frank and I were hanging out in my living room, swimming. And he made himself a peculiar drink. I looked down at him...and he looked down at me...I said ‘whatchu making there?’ He said scotch and carrot juice.”
Him dressing up as a priest and trying to pick up women in a bar was hilarious...
“Father, what are you saying?!”
“Hmpphh...didn’t you ever see Thornbirds?”
