I would think it’s higher than that. These very big mining companies that are publicly traded fly plane loads of money to presidents of countries ALL the time!!! I “heard” of a situation where a company flew in a 737 cargo plane that contained 3.5 BILLION IN CASH. nothing but pallets of cash stacked from nose to tail! That was for the president so her would give this company mining and forestry rights!!!
