Miami’s 1st via Houston (top 3 pick)? Granted you’ll have to throw in this years first and maybe next years 3rd. But if it will land us Trevor would you do it?

Just for the record I’m not on the trade Thomas bandwagon but if it lands us a generational qb then I say yes

Without knowing the pick outcome, the answer is no.

Now if you're telling me season end? Yes.

So only the #1 overall pick?

I think pretty much everybody would take Trevor over Thomas.

I don't even say that with hatred towards MT. Just given Brees is retiring soon.

I don't think it's actually attainable.

I still wonder what we could have with Winston and Payton?

This question is hard to answer because we have no idea what Winston is when coached by a real coach.

Same here, it’s just a situation where if tua plays well and he’s their guy they might still get the #1 pick from Texans. MT would be a security blanket for tua and we get our future

I would love to see what Winston can do as well, but it wouldn’t make this a tough decision for me, I go with Trevor, hell he don’t have to start right away, maybe Winston is still on the roster

I’m comfortable with Winston being the QB.

Not saying TL isn’t worthy of the #1, but he plays no defense with a pulse every week. Clemson is miles ahead of the ACC.

I don't see it happening, but if we can get the #1 pick by trading him then you absolutely do it.

No team with a top 5 pick is going to ship it to the Saints for a $20 mill WR with possible attitude issues.

What? This years first and next years 3rd. Lol, pick 3 is shoot or miss as with all picks. Michael Thomas is top level proven and I doubt you get anyone of that level at 3. You'd have to wait 3 years just to see what you got. It'll be Mike Thomas for a 3 pick. Nothing more. Last 10 years only one pick panned out at 3 and it was Joey Bosa in 2015.

To be fair, there's good talent this upcoming year and at key spots

Chase, Surtain, Fields, and Sewell all fill needs/wants/cheap controlled assets
