Did I Miss Jarvis Jones reinstatement?

I was reading article on Tiger Rag site about offensive profile. Matt Reynolds and OC Gary Crowton talk about Jarvis Jones in the mix at OT. The article is dated August 7th. Was Jarvis Jones reinstated? Anyone!
