Baton Rouge's best kept secret. It's on campus and only open for lunch and only on M-F.
But you will not find a better quality for the price anywhere in town.
I think I am headed over there today! If you haven't tried it you should.

I agree, I used to walk over there between breaks in class and eat a great meal and have a few drinks, then go back to class. Most people don't know about it and they serve booze.
It's hard to go to though if you're not already on campus, there is only a few parking places.

Is the visitor center still where it was 10 years ago? I assume they still issue visitor's passes for parking. We have a free lunch there. What kind of food do they serve?

I have never been in my 6 years at LSU but its the first thing on my to do list when i return to campus in the fall

I haven't been for lunch in years but I've been to propably 10 wedding receptions over the last 25 years and they do a great job. My brother had his reception there. Great place.

We had our wedding rehearsal dinner there about 6 years ago…the food was great, service was great as well, and they gave us a good deal….

The last time I went, there was meter parking in the back. BUT today is graduation! So parking will be scarce and it will probably be very busy.
