Trump lost Pennsylvania Monday

With the Supreme Court's ruling on Monday that Pennsylvania ballots could be counted as late as Friday, November 6, before announcing the winner, Democrats now know just how many Pennsylvania mail in ballots they need to "find" to throw the election in Biden's favor. Just WHAT does the deep state/swamp have hanging over Justice Robert's head?

Nah, relax. It's been stated they have to be post-dated by Nov 3rd.

Not all mail is post marked.
Forgot to include this court link: LINK
"We emphasize that voters utilizing the USPS must cast their ballots prior to 8:00 p.m. on
Election Day, like all voters, including those utilizing drop boxes, as set forth supra. We
refuse, however, to disenfranchise voters for the lack or illegibility of a postmark resulting
from the USPS processing system, which is undeniably outside the control of the
individual voter." Page 37 of the link..

he's OK until more states agree to do this...
if the entire country is watching PA as the last domino to fall, that SHOULD make it a little bit harder for them to rig it.. If PA, MI, WI, etc. are all still counting after Nov 3, then it's over

The Democons have historically owned a coveted voting demographic that Repubes will never acquire: the dead person vote. Now that voting bloc vote can be legally harvested days after the election thanks to Justice Roberts!

No, they don't.
The Court stated that ballots lacking a clear postmark could be counted unless there was evidence that they were mailed after the polls closed.
The Court puts the onus on the Republicans to PROVE that the ballots were sent after Tuesday. How in the ever living f*ck is anyone going to prove that the ballots were mailed after Tuesday? The Democrats merely need to get a few "friendly" postal clerk to work a little overtime on Wednesday and Thursday nights to push as many ballots as they need to win and just not put any postal markings on those ballots. Then, those same postal clerks can basically hand deliver those ballots on Friday and there isn't a damn thing the Republicans can do about it as there is absof*ckinglutely no way they can PROVE that they weren't sent after Tuesday.
And don't think for one f*cking second that the Ed Rendell and the Dims don't already have this operation in place and ready to go.
ETA: In every other f*cking situation, it is the burden of the person who sends in a document to prove that they sent it in on time. For tax purposes, you better have a f*cking postmark on April 15th (or whatever the due date is) if your return comes in after the due date. If the post office f*cks it up, guess what -- YOU'RE F*CKED. You will be fined for filing a late return. This is pretty much the rule across all areas of the law.
Here, the Court not only changed the f*cking law, they also change the postmark rule. Imagine if the IRS had to prove that you didn't send the return or payment by the due date. It would render late filing penalties completely f*cking irrelevant.
F*CK JOHN ROBERTS!

Here's my question --
Let's say that ACB is sworn in on October 27th.
Can the Republicans file a Motion for Reconsideration so that ACB can have a vote prior to November 3?

Yep. If the D's find themselves losing to Trump by, say, 17,645 votes on Election Night, they'll know that they need to manufacture or send in (pre-manufactured) ballots - roughly, say, 20,000 of them, to cover the gap and then some.

Their sycophants in all of these precinct run by Democrat clerk of courts will already have the lists of who didn't vote so all they have to do is match those names with names they'll put on the mailed-in ballots. Then it will just be a matter of having their "friendly" postal clerks make sure to deliver these ballots without a postmark OR with a back-dated postmark if they can do that with the postmark machine. Either way, they will make sure that Biden gets a huge late surge of ballots that come in after November 3rd.

Trump ain't Romney and he ain't McCain. If the Dems are doing this, so will he.

Those three days mean nothing. You can still only vote once in America at this time.
Posted on 10/20/20 at 12:19 am to MMauler
Why don’t Republicans plan to do the same thing?

I HATE these negative sky is falling posts.

But, if you don't vote or DIED, the Dims will vote for you.
NOW, they'll have a full list of those people who didn't vote so they'll merely have to file those ballots between Nov. 4 and Nov. 6.
AND, they'll know EXACTLY how many ballots they'll have to fill out for dead people and people who chose not to vote.

Because we're not COMPLETE F*CKING SCUMBAGS.
This is the Dims M.O. They invented ballot harvesting. They used to drive people in buses and have them vote at several precincts, but ballot harvesting is easier and makes it much harder to get caught.
One thing that Dims still do in HEAVY Dim precincts is wait until the polls close and then go down the voter rolls and start voting for people who didn't vote and hadn't signed the register. Typically, they would kick out any Republican poll watchers when they did this.
THIS is why Orleans Parish was always last to turn in their vote tallys -- they were still casting votes after the polls closed.

Trump ain't no angel. If you don't think he's got Roger Stone and some other nefarious folks in places like PA, I think you're underestimating him.

Similar to 2000, every ballot not clearly postmarked will be challenged by an attorney from one or both sides, the process will grind to a screeching halt, SCOTUS will then set a date that the counting must end, and that will be that. Instead of “chads”, we will have “smudged postmarks” this year.
