Myles would’ve been drafted if he didn’t get injured.

He was putting up Burrow-level numbers through the first three games.

2021 can be really special.

Maybe, or one of the freshman balls out and Myles end sup transferring.

Not saying it happens but its a possibility

I really doubt he waited all the time to play one year in a weird season in which lsu didn't win anything and then leave. He would've transferred if that's all he cared about.

He was going to stay regardless. My question has always been whether or not he takes the extra covid year.

We might actually have him two more years.

He wasn’t getting drafted next year even if he declared!

What if he doesn't want to play ? I don't think it's automatic he returns. No one knows for certain if it is his hip, if it is, maybe he chooses another career path.

If he doesn't return, I would think O gets a transfer. 2021 players can transfer without sitting for a season.

He is here two more years regardless of injury. This year is a bonus year for everyone.

You are getting downvoted like crazy, but you are right. There is a distinct chance that he was playing himself into the first round.

Do we need to start this discussion with, "I think, therefore I am"?

It's safe to assume there is no conspiracy, and it is indeed his injury keeping him out.

He has already been here for three years, he isn't going to stay 3 more.

probably. but not a high pick, and he was never leaving after this year.

Just to clarify - are you saying he plays in 2021 and 2022 regardless?

If so, I don’t agree with that. If he continues to improve in 2020 I think he has a good chance to be drafted after this season, with an opportunity to significantly increase his draft stock if he stays for 2021. But if he feels the need to stay for 2022, it probably means he regressed. Which I sincerely hope does not happen.

If he were a RS sophomore I might agree with you, but he’s in his fourth year.

Max Johnson will thrive and Brennan will go to OU and do very well like Hurts did...you heard it hear first.

Yeah, I really hope that doesn’t happen. We need fresh guys with more of a killer instinct than Myles. He’s a 10-2 type of guy, not championship caliber.

Hate to break it to you baws, if he comes back for 4 or 5 games and throws 300+ every week and has 15-20 TDs with low INTs he'll definitely be at the top of the QB draft class. Perfect position for the Saints to draft late first round.

Baker Mayfield started at Tech for a year, transfered and sat a year at Oklahoma, then started 3 more years there.

It's rare, but sometimes you get a guy who wants to exhaust his eligibility before leaving (look at Etienne at Clemson).

If Brennan can't play the rest of this year, you're talking essentially having one year and 3 games of tape if he leaves after 2021.
