Back in the 70's, we played Wisconsin a home and home in 71 and 72. My cousin played for the Tigers in Madison that year and the next year in Baton Rouge. The Wisconsin fans called the team "White Racist Pigs" and threw whiskey bottles at the team. My cousin was hit on the helmut ( good thing he was going bask in the game) and the player standing next to him on the sidelines was hit in the back. Our Northern boys really showed class!!!. We won 38-28 and kicked em in Baton Rouge in 72, 27-7. I hope we never see those sorry SOB"S ever.

Yeah....that one I got.
We did that when way back when I was in school in a decade called the 90's.

I've said it before... we were much worse when I was at LSU in the 1980's than the students are now. Remember, we could drink legally at 18 and the liquor flowed at all the fraternity houses as well as in the Union.
Agreed, it was carzy back then. fraternity row, the union, everywhere had the booze flowing. shite was happening everywhere. BUT, the only song the band seemed to know was Ghostbusters.

Don't they have "the fifth quarter" in Madison, where they all sing some song after the game is over? I wonder how well that goes over if they lose?

We (Gamecocks) get it all the time. But that video is BAD. I guess some people forget there are kids in other sections besides the student section. No class. I have never seen LSU act that bad.

Yeah. My roommate is from Madison and is a huge Badgers fan. Apparently the all show up in the second quarter in order to drink more and then hang around even after a loss

You mean the Alma Mater? A lot of schools do that.

Jump around looks much better from farther away, especially with the FB team doing it below. IMO
Judging by the vacancy in the crowd, I would think that was the band below them, not the football team.

I don't think we're that bad and I'm getting pretty tired of the school trying to make us softer (i.e. not playing the ooh we ooh song anymore). To me its the rabbid fans that make Tiger Stadium such a scary place for visiting teams.
