What’s the best way to calculate body fat?

Have a caliper and I’ve heard they’re not the most accurate

US navy method, use less data and yet still seems to work out better.

Is it though? I’ve read the Navy Method can have a 4% range.
Which I believe since it says I’m 19% body fat, but that seems low compared to pictures available online of guys with that percentage.
