The collective IQ in that crowd averages about 75. The cursing and incoherent yelling is just embarrassing. Felons walking around with weapons, accidentally discharging them. Jesus how dumb do you have to be to execute that combination.

This dumbass is not only too stupid to handle a weapon but he "caught a charge" (as he would probably say) for felon in possession due to his stupidity. As a felon who can't legally possess a firearm, he decided to carry a rifle just to show off when half the cops in Lafayette, some of whom probably know him, were going to be there. It's not like he needed a weapon to defend himself or even commit a crime.
