My guess is bullshite anonymous source. He didn't look "bad" to me. A little under the weather, sure, but he didn't look bad. All indication since is that he's good.

Except a source that talked after the presidents doctors. No one can name source. It was off record but it’s more true than the presidents doctors words I’m guessing.

This is just the fake news media saying this to attempt to counter the possibility that when people see Trump isn't hurt by this any worse than a mild flu it will wake them up to the overblown nature of the Covid19 scare.
