Latoya announces Phase 3 policy for NOLA

- Continuing a different approach than the rest of Louisiana.
- Phase 3 will have 3 phases. LOL.
- Plan is to move to next phases every 2 to 3 weeks depending on data.
Phase 3.1: Starting October 3: restaurants 75% capacity indoor, 100% capacity outdoor; bars to-go only; gatherings limited to 50 people
Phase 3.2: Allowing bars to serve patrons at outdoor tables
Phase 3.3: Allowing bars to serve patrons indoors; "...could be possible as early as Oct. 31 if trends continue to move in the right direction"
Halloween: in her supreme graciousness, she's allowing it to take place
- Expect increased enforcement of restrictions during Phase 3
- Superdome isn't included in her phase 3 policy; separate pilot program for Saints games. She hasn't yet responded to Roger Goodell's email requesting fans attendance at the dome.
- Breweries still closed "due to state" policy
- Mardi Gras was not addressed

Depends, what offerings have you brought Supreme Goddess Latoya?
