Some of you people are amazing in your hypocrisy. Bitch and moan every day on this board about your freedoms yet as soon as someone you don't approve of is posted about the stance changes. I guess we all really are liberals on the inside

I'm no fan of that level of tattoos and I know it's France but the point stands. He's free to do whatever he wants to his body and if hired to do a job and no other complaint other than physical appearance, should be able to do that job without judgment.

1. He wants to teach kindergarten while looking like a dragon, bruh. Teach high-school or something.

2. I and everyone else on the planet will judge you if you do that to your body.

You should very much take this site and whomever posts here and their comments, seriously. Live by them and hopefully one day cross a poster in the street and shame them publicly.

Thank you for being a human of perfection.

You do realize schools have these things called dress codes for both students and teachers?

He can and did whatever he wanted to his body.

That does not negate the fact that he is a freak. I wouldn’t want him to teach my kids.

He’s a freak.

You don’t understand what being liberal means.

Reductio ad absurdum.

Only in the most elementary, generalized view is this askew from the freedoms many here post about.

In any business there's an acceptable level of presentation of self. He went well beyond that, so much so that it becomes distracting and if it's distracting then it has no place in the work environment.

TL;DR - You have a right to express yourself, society has a right to not accept you for it.

Whoa.

One. Freedom of choice does not mean freedom FROM consequence.

Two. Part of the job is the ability to relate and communicate with kids. Now, the local civil service could not refuse his application and they did not. However, reality of the situation came to light. Hard to fool a kid.

Can your employer say no visible tattoos? I know he was already hired but I think businesses can say things about your appearance. Your hair, facial hair, your attire.
