quote:

Paul repeatedly made bogus assertions and Fauci corrected him every time.

That's about it.

But thats not really what happened. Rand was calling Fauci out and Fauci kept saying Rand misunderstood the facts or that Fauci had access to more studies etc etc.

Fauci got visibly pissed too.

In my very extensive experience, whenever a physician starts citing nebulous "studies" they claim to have access to but won't cite, they're making shite up

Rand was interviewed on Fox News yesterday and he was mentioning some studies and mathematicians believe herd immunity for Covid is much lower than other viruses.

Makes a good point in that New York has had no spikes. There is no way they social distance and hand wash that much better than the rest of America.

That isn't what happened. You should watch it, or at least read a transcript.

Paul looked childish and uninformed.

Does everyone not realize that Fauci is nothing but a political hack?

The guy made his name by killing a bunch of gays with a banned cancer therapy, AZT (banned because all it did was kill patients) yet being considered a hero by that same gay community.

He sits on his throne atop the main entity dispensing government largesse to universities and big pharma relating to immunology like some type of pharaoh of old.

Fauci squirmed around just like you would expect a federal bureaucrat to do.

The biggest factor that lowered Sweden and Scandinavian countries death rates below the U.S. are comorbidities. Neither Rand or Fauci mentioned that factor.

The bottom line is if the U.S. didn't have a such a large population of fat fricks, especially overweight +70 year olds, mask, social distancing, and the rest of the lockdown bull shite wouldn't be needed.
