It’s hard to tell if he had all backups in there to protect him or not but when given time last year he played well against lesser talent. He seems to have confidence this year and gets all the reps to get better. I expect a drop off in the protection and the accuracy but with the skill players we have he should be able to make plenty of plays and put up points. Hopefully our defense can play whole games and not let teams score 20,30,40 points on us.

I don't expect any drop off in protection at all, except the fact that defenses are going to come after him alot. Defenses couldn't be wild against Joe because he could beat them with his feet. Myles can run a little bit but he's not the threat that Joe was.
I expect Myles to be pretty accurate, unless he hurries throws or makes bad reads.
The real key for Brennan is not physical. It's mental. His success will hinge on how well he deciphers defenses, adjusts protections/plays, and makes the right reads. I expect him to be a bit erratic at times early on but to settle in. I expect the calls to be pretty vanilla early on with an emphasis on the running game and a good bit of check downs, picking their precise spots to stretch the field. We really just need him clicking on all cylinders by the time we go to Gainesville - the first 3 games will be to get his feet wet and begin to expand the offense.

Looked like mostly backups. Dare and Emery were in there.
I swear myles has the same stance and double footed movement in the pocket as peyton manning. Almost the same kind of throwing motion.
Not saying he is peyton or anything like that but he does have the same stance and holds the ball the same.
