Anyone know about the transformer here? I like the set but can't find any specs on that thing.

where did you find that? you want to at least know how many watts the transformer can push and that thing looks kinda small.

I bought a volt set similar to this at costco with the exact transformer. It is a 100 watt transformer which is plenty for that and more lights.

CAD, I thought the same but then I realized once you buy the transformer, the wire, the lights, the connectors, etc it adds up and the volt stuff is really really nice and easy to setup. I bought the 6 pack set of pathway lights (transformer, wire, etc.) for $360 at costco. I then added these from Amazonwhere I needed spotlights (they work great). The pathway lights are more about aesthetics so I wanted those to look good but the spotlights I didnt necessarily care so I saved money there. What is also great abou thte volt sets is the hubs which help you save cost on wire
