I'll give my best guesses on this one.
Donaldson: He had a history of calf injuries that were exacerbated by Toronto's turf and Cleveland's cold late season weather. Warm weather and a softer surface really helped him, IMO. He's always been a great player (2015 AL MVP) and he played up to his capability last season.
Ozuna: I've always heard that his peripherals were better than his performance the last few years. He's had better luck this year and it is showing with a great season at the plate.
I know it's still a relatively young stadium, but I think Truist Park plays like a launching pad. This has also factored into both of their bounceback seasons.

He also had his injury problems last season, when he was healthy he kicked the shite out of us with the Cards in the NLDS.
