Allegedly made a minimum of 150k from these accidents, but he had a federal public defender? Guess it would have been a part of his defense to say that he wasnt involved, and he never recieved that money so he couldnt afford private counsel. But will be interesting to see what happens in this case especially if they find the killer.

Claude Kelly is a great attorney. If I had to have a public defender, I would want him.
