Alleged Russian troll farm somewhat affiliated with the Kremlin spent several thousand of dollars on "disinformation" Facebook ads which caused Hillary to lose.

Really just seems sort of shoulder shruggy "news" to me. Of COURSE every western country is fricking with each other like this.
