Trump derangement syndrome runs deep in that one. I thought judges were supposed to be impartial not partisan hacks of the most deranged order.

What if the DOJ just quits on the case?

Must be some gigantic rock you've been hiding under. The DOJ HAS dropped the case. The judge now wants to hold Flynn in contempt for "lying" to the court by pleading guilty to avoid the railroading of his son by the corrupt FBI/DOJ.

It was discovered that the DOJ had NO BASIS for the charges against Flynn, hence the move to dismiss.

Judge Sullivan is acting like a prosecutor, not a judge.

What is sad is this is pontificating; and doesn't the judge have others that want to bitch for 32 pages about something the DOJ dropped.

Van Grack resigned over it it was so bad. But Sullivan wants Flynn fried and stalled.

Adviser appointed by Judge Sullivan in Flynn case urges DOJ to deny dismissal
Your thread's title is incorrect. The advisor recommends to Judge Sullivan that he deny the dismissal motion. He's not urging the DOJ.

Trump Nation knows this; that's why they will ignore/nullify the voter fraud in this next election, and take whatever action is required (Authoritarian) to take out the Marxist rot. Blatant corruption like this and the wiping of the Meuller Team's phones, only lay the moral basis for extraordinary action. Everybody I talk to are very up on this...and pissed big time. Locked and loaded, with zero desire to compromise. Like the NFL...the only ones that don't get it are those running the show.

RINOS brought this upon us; should have NEVER allowed our Universities to become Leftist indoctrination mechanisms.

you are correct. I fixed the title a bit ago and now it sounds wrong

All I can find

Court-appointed adviser blasts 'corrupt' DOJ move to drop Flynn case

It's not clear whether the brief by retired jurist John Gleeson will sway the District Court judge deciding Flynn's fate.

I truly now have dyslexia figuring out the title.

That's the problem, okay we're ready for trial but we are not presenting any witnesses. Case is over. Just schedule a trial, have no witnesses, defense move for direct acquittal.

Sidney Powell, Flynn's lawyer, on Friday lambasted Gleeson's recommendation.

"Gleeson's filing was predictable and meaningless," she tweeted. "It's the irrelevant and wrong smear he intended it to be--ignoring the mountain of exculpatory evidence Mr. Jensen unearthed and produced that shows the investigation and prosecution of General Flynn was corrupt from its inception."

What happens if the prosecutors withhold exculpatory evidence? Is that irregular?

Another question: What happens if the prosecutors are 17 angry democrats that hate Trump and wanted Flynn out at all costs even doctoring evidence? This alone is enough to drop the case.

Can Sullivan be charged with obstruction of Justice since he is interfering with Justice in this case? He is a judge, not a prosecutor. A prosecutor can drop any case any time they deem proper. Does the prosecutor even have to give a reason other than the facts point to reasonable doubt and we no longer wish to continue this case?

You really need to re-think this post and edit it before you end up on a watch list or get a knock at the door for threatening a federal official whether you intended this to be a threat or not.
