Former Tiger with the hot round yesterday. Still tied for 1st with -9 thru 5 in rd 2.

started on back 9 and made double-bogey on 2nd hole - since then, 8 birdies and -0- bogies. So, 6 under for today's round through 14 holes.

Burns is 1 shot back of the leader today. Him and Harry Higgs will be in the 3rd to last group. Feel like one of those two will end up with the win today.

This is huge for both. Sam is the longest hitter in that tourney. He had his chances yesterday and was really disappointed about his game. Hopefully he gets it together today because there are exemptions, qualifying for Masters, PGA, etc.

Sam needs to improve his short game and his putting is not so clutch. Might be mental too.

He needs to make this run. He can drive it and will get a shot at 17 and 18.
