Sometimes the role doesn’t call for a black or Latino or gay person. Putting a gay or black person in Lord of the Rings wouldn’t make any sense to the overall plot in the settings of the story. But liberals love to play the angle “There’s no blacks in it, it’s a racist movie”. Right... so if I don’t include xyz, I must be anti xyz? I love chocolate but I don’t want it on my steak. An ingredient is to a recipe as a role is to a movie.

And good writings/acting will move the audience in a universal way. If you only feel compassion for a character because he/she is the sane race as you, it says a lot about you as a human being.

So this means you can't have any more films with principal black cast without token white representation?

Will the next Black Panther be white?

Black members of the Yakuza in a Hong Kong action flick?

Does EVERYTHING get Hamilton'ed, going forward?

Where does it end?

This kind of shite is why Clint Eastwood and Spike Lee had it out around the time of Flags Of Our Fathers and Sands Of Iwo Jima.

“Why didn’t you put any black soldiers in your film?!?”

“Because there WEREN’T any black soldiers involved with Iwo Jima.”
