You obviously don't understand the Communist mind. Communists NEVER EVER establish their own Communist institutions.
They ALWAYS subvert/expropriate existing institutions/countries. ALWAYS! This is because it is so much easier and they then get to enslave and control others. Communists HATE all Humanity! Period. That's why they ALWAYS eventually commit mass murder in any country they take over.
It will be no different in this country should they take it over. To think otherwise is to be extremely naive.
