I bet most of the $625 million was from corporate travel accounts paying change fees. With fewer business travelers now, that revenue stream has likely already been gone since march. It's a good move that will give them some positive PR and is consumer friendly in the short term, I do agree they will probably come back in the future but not at $250/ticket

I wonder if this is short-term or going to be permanent? Some analysts are projecting zoom and Microsoft teams to take over meetings when people would have traveled for face to face meetings. Less business travel is also going to hurt hotel chains.
