Clark all of a sudden has a hard on for Coach O because of his political view of President Trump. He’s a cancer to this program and if I were Coach O I would not allow him to come anywhere near the players for the rest of his life. Working people have enjoyed watching sports without politics being injected into them but jackasses like him won’t allow us to just enjoy sports for what they are. Sick of all the political bullshite.

I have plenty of liberal friends. I think they are out of touch with reality and they think I’m narrow minded, but we still do shite together. These kids need to be taught that we can have different views.

I pray that LSU keeps politics, and this false narrative in our country out of sports. The racial injustice crap has been over blown in so many ways. We just want to enjoy football.

You are right on and here's what I would swap for right here, right now!
I will take a mediocre LSU football team/season if it means that President Trump gets re-elected, Republicans take back the House of Representatives and increase their majority in the Senate which is very possible. Football's important to me, but not at the expense of the futures of my kids. This country is full out bat shite crazy right now. The only way to end the craziness is to win on November 4th.
I believe O continues to recruit extremely well and will get ahead of whatever Ryan Clark tries to do. Ryan's not that smart.

I believe Coach Orgeron is a democrat. His support for Donald Trump was for his enthusiasm to play football this season....Ryan Clark is not paying attention to the real details!

Well if any of this is true I’m disappointed at Ryan Clark. I’m not a big political guy it’s way too much drama for my liking lol. Don’t see CEO as a bad guy. In reality I just think he does his efforts to play the good guy and be respectful to the president. I honestly think ED would’ve said that to any President that was in the White House!!! Few days later he gave a ring to the democratic governor. That’s just my take.
It’s very unfortunate what has happened. Hope we can get this all under control soon.

Maybe those around BR who don’t support these athletes standing up for what they believe is the cancer. Maybe the unwillingness to treat people of color with respect and dignity has had an impact. I’m not anti or prop Trump. But... He’s not a leader. He lacks empathy and traits that would invite unity.
