The goal is to get Mayor-President Josh Guillotine to park as many empty patrol cars as they can fit in the parking lot, and maybe even cause a few flat tires with our strategically-placed potholes. The Goodyear employees nearby have agreed not to stock any police tires until after our demonstration.
