This is the key. A transfer has to be a grad transfer to be eligible. Underclass transfer would have to get a waiver which likely will not happen. NCAA will try to protect the Big10 and PAC12 from poaching.
I almost have to wonder if CEOs comment wasnt directed at Wade because he and his family have been furious with the Big10 over their no play decision
