The Trump Trap

How do you think people will react when they realize they've been lied to about Trump? The biggest lie is that he is a racist. Its a common thread I hear all the time from the tolerant left. We all know the "fine people on both sides" lie but imagine the shock of many when they first learn of it. After all, they have been lied to for four years.
This week will be a big turning point in proving that wrong and it won't be through the voice of Trump or even his family. It will be through the actions of the democratic party.
When folks like Tim Scott and Klacik grab the mic, the hate and vitriol will spray out like a busted fire hydrant on a hot summer day. They won't be able to contain themselves because secretly thats how they think.
Let the stories of these wonderful people ring out and juxtapose their experiences with Trump with the reaction of the left.
Its a wonderful Trump trap and taken from the very pages of the art of war.

Hope I’m wrong but I don’t see many black folks tuning into the GOP convention to even see/hear that message.
The blacks on the MAGA train seem to be very educated or at the very least ambitious young people. Peeling off 10-15% of die hard votes Dem all my life Democrats would be a great start though.

there's a difference between that and blatant hypocrisy. I feel like Trump is going to get some votes from some historically unlikely places. "You aint black" Joe will have a tough time with the comparisons.

Lied to by......Mattis, Kelly, Tillerson, Bolton, Miles Taylor, his own sister etc. Maybe when his audit is over and he releases his financials we’ll see.

Trump is an old school Nationalist, Rich; it's the polar Ideology of Transnational Progressivism that is the basis for anti-Trumpism. Read up on it...it's a powerful intellectual force and won't be throwing in the towel regardless of Trump.

There are four things that make him a racist.
1. Border security. Let that sink in. Border security. Yeah the family separation thing was a tad fricked up but since he’s building a wall there will be many fewer crossings and this will happen much less regularly. Also don’t cross into the country illegally.
2. Fine people. Read the transcript dummies.
3. His dad was implicated in a lawsuit in the 80’s. His dad. Dad. D. A. D.
4. Shithole countries statement. I mean, if the boot fits. I don’t see anyone clamoring to move to these countries. Especially the folks who denounce his statement.

Even the family separation thing is BS. Obama had instituted policy that families should be released without deportation. So, naturally, the coyotes realized if they grabbed a kid and told authorities they were his, they would immediately get released. All Trump did was separate them until it could be genetically determined they were in fact related.
Imagine how many kids were released into the care of someone not their parent and what happened to them after? We simply don’t know.

I always get some childish rebuttal from Progressives when this topic comes up. They can't cope with the idea 1 Obama started it, 2 the purpose for why he started it. To them child trafficking is a right wing conspiracy they try to tie to Trump being that mean old racist xenophobic president.
