Portland, OR has less than 3% black population and BLM is burning that shite to the ground.
Why are cities like Jackson, Memphis, Birmingham, and Little Rock whose
populations are predominantly AA, not rioting like Minneapolis and Portland???

The population of Jackson is weakened from dehydration because the city water system has deteriorated so badly, and can’t use city roads to go to protests because they’ve mostly worn down to rutted, cratered tracks with smashed water mains under them.

Thank you!! That’s what I was getting at - Chicago has a 30% AA populace; Los Angeles is 11%. It’s insane that these cities
are being destroyed at the behest of racial inequality. I’m not sure, but I’m willing to guess that the financial situation of the AA’s in the rioting cities far exceeds those in Jackson.

Nope its actually probably higher
I worked there for 2 yrs and when someone said that and I looked it up I was amazed But it’s mostly because of the white flight to the surrounding areas
Truthfully I have met some of the most professional blacks there fighting with Atlanta tbh
