Walgreens is lecturing me on 'Systemic Racism'

I'm being educated by corporate American everywhere I turn these days.
Signed up for Walgreens rewards, and got this email today:
"Let's talk systemic racism & public health"
Take that intersectionalist allies, it's not really about you!
I love evolving definitions! Words mean whatever Leftist activists want them to mean.
Much more at the link if you want to learn why racism is "a public health crisis" : Walgreens website
The author appears to be "Terrence F. Chappell," a gay black activist who writes for Chicago alternative papers about important topics like why the Gay Rights movement is racist towards gay black men. And he's somehow become the spokesman for a large corporation to lecture America on racism.
His articles on the gay rights movement for Jet Magazine
Rantings in the Chicago Reader
A qualified Public Health expert for sure!
Blackmailing corporate America for shaming gigs is a really booming field. Victimhood is one of the few career fields that's actually booming in 2020.

Chappell Edited by Emily Ornberg Clinically reviewed by Chet Robson DO, MHCDS, FAAFP How racism affects public health Part 1: Health disparities among Black people As the nation reckons with racism, medical communities are taking action to address the health disparities among minorities—by declaring racism as a public health crisis.
While racism impacts all people of color, Black Americans have historically been among the most impacted. In this series, we'll look at some of the connections between race, racism and health in the United States and discuss actions toward health equity for all.

While it might seem obvious, the definition of "racism" has evolved—it doesn't just refer to hate groups or bigoted comments. Racism is folded into the foundation of our country—so much so, that racism may go unseen to some who don't experience it.

Walgreeens and CVS should have to pay anti kick back fines that they are in violation of.
For them to have a walk-in clinic inside of their Pharmacy and to self refer patients from their clinic to their Pharmacy is against anti kick back. You can not self refer Medicaid and medicare patients! Big no no in the medical field

I did a post on this yesterday. Looking for a new pharmacy as a result, and I've used Walgreens for three decades now.
I want products and services, not a f#&%!ng political lecture. And if you insist on spamming me with them, I'll take my money elsewhere.

Haven't stepped foot in one since they stopped taking military retirees pharmacy insurance several years ago.
They came begging back a year later.
Piss on them.

Sorry I missed your post, i'll go read through it now. I just checked the email I use for sign-ups and saw this today. Unbelievable propaganda masquerading as "public health" education.

I've noticed on Twitter for the last couple years, gay activists love to call everything "racist" to rile up a bigger audience. Funny how all Antifa terrorists are rail-thin white guys with dyed hair, and all their women are fat and ugly white girls with dyed hair.

Then: "Stupid rednecks, there is no slippery slope. We just want to do our stuff in peace".
Now: "Stupid rednecks, why haven't you cut your son's penis off and given her a girl name yet? Bigots!"

Don't apologize. The more people that notice this stuff is happening, the better.

It's crazy how much of this Critical Race theory was sitting out in corporate America waiting for the right moment to pop up. these are not independent thoughts...they all read like they're taken out of a page of White Fragility.
None of this is postulated as a hypothesis...it simply IS. and for so many of the age group between 35 and below, it's been so ingrained into the mind that they don;t even think to question any of it.
Starting read Brave New World a few days ago and read this line which made me think of all of this nonsense we're seeing now:
Our issue, as normal people, is that we're trying to argue them rationally out of a position that, to them, can not be argued against. There are no facts, no stats, no examples, etc that can prove to them this axiom is false.

"But everyone belongs to everyone else," he concluded, citing the hypnotic proverb.
The students nodded, emphatically agreeing with a statement which upwards of sixty-two thousand repetitions in the dark had made them accept, not merely as true, but as axiomatic, self-evident, utterly indisputable.

Yep. I'm not paying to read "White Fragility," but you and I may have read the same take-down of it by John McWhorter in the Atlantic Monthly (surprised they ran it): The Dehumanizing Condescension of White Fragility
And we're probably 10-20 years into the era of "studies" majors weaseling their way into corporate consulting gigs to tell the bosses what the public needs to hear.

The problem is that White Fragility is the prayer book for what can only be described as a cult.

Well screw you Walgreens - I’ll take my business elsewhere
They don’t sell the moisturizer I use anymore anyway - I have to buy the one that is tinted for ‘fair’ people - and they haven’t had it in stock for a while
I guess it’s racist to sell products for white people

I just hung it up as a practicing RPh(half community half the chains). Find a good community pharmacy. They would love to have your business. The chains need to spend more time not overworking their employees and under serving their customers instead of promoting this BS. And forget CVS. They were just fined big time for understaffing their pharmacies and for too many misfills.
