That was my thought as well. Maybe he will double down, leave his wife, and begin to date dudes all just to try and get his job back. It does have a Seinfeld-esque quality to it.

Yeah, he’s got to go all in now. Those National announcing gigs are premium jobs, and with the economy now there’s really telling how far he’d have to stoop before he could find stable employment if he stays straight. He has kids too.

Nothing like a good old forced apology to make people change their mind. If anything, it further entrenches what they previously said.
