Can’t forget Jermain Defoe
Posted on 9/14/20 at 7:30 pm to BigWillieStyle
D'oh!
Of course. I think he may actually still be playing too
ETA:
Defoe- Playing for Rangers
Crouch- Podcaster (and a pretty good one)
Kranjcar- Retired in 2018 with Rangers
Pavlyuchenko- Playing for Znamya Noginsk in the Russian 3rd division.

Don’t you tease me like this Alasdair. For those not familiar with r/coys he’s a Tier 1 source.

I normally roll my eyes when there's Gareth Bale questions most windows, every year. Finally, this is a window when I don't think I can. From what I understand Spurs are genuinely having a go for a loan and if they can get Real Madrid to help out a lot, I think it might happen.

I want Bale, but I also don't want Bale.
Not sure how I feel about it

After watching Lucas and Alli try to score over the last 12+ months I’m absolutely ready for it

Valid point.
But I just don't want to ruin the memories I have of watching Bale for Spurs. I have doubts on his mentality at this point in his career.

The rumors about Sergio Reguilon have me more excited to be honest. Having someone on the left side capable of attacking would make us way less predictable.
Also, even if we attack more on the right side still, Regulions speed would help a lot next to Toby and Dier.

Reguilon sounds done and a tier 1 for Madrid is saying Bale is on the way too

Just came to post this
Spurs and Real agree to transfer fee of €30 million for Reguilon. Bale supposedly coming too but I haven’t seen specific details yet

I'm kind of hoping this means Davies moves to LCB.
For unknown reasons I just enjoy watching him play.

I don't really see the downside of this deal for Spurs? Still need to see the final details, but in a worst case scenario we get a young talented LB for this year and then sell him back to RM a year later for a profit. Best case scenario we have a LB of the future.

Some hearsay from SpursCommunity showing the deal breakdown from an apparent RM insider called the Joker. If all this is true than sign me the frick up
• ?All agreed, deal will be completed today.
• ?Real Madrid originally negotiated a 50-50 wage split. LOAN with a 25m option to purchase.
• ?Real Madrid agreed to lower the fee to a maximum of 15m euro, however, Tottenham became responsible for Bale's wages
• ?Tottenham will pay, essentially, an initial fee to Bale that will cover the wage, instead of a transfer fee
• ?Tottenham will have an obligation (not option) to buy Bale at a later point and will pay a fee depending on performance which is likely to be higher than 7m euro, but considerably lower than the 15m

Say what you want about Levy, but he could kick all of our asses in a Monopoly game with deals like this.

We owe Everton everything. So fricking pumped about the last 24 hours and glad we are done fricking around. The mentality of this team has to change.
Speaking of, I wish they would all quit their bitching and moaning about the schedule. We get it, its going to be very tough, we have a lot of games, you are going to be very tired. We get it. But what good does bitching about it every day do? Jose needs to shut the frick up because its rubbing off on the other players (see Dier's comments today). It's a shite attitude to have.
Instead, the attitude should be "frick yea we have some games to play which is awesome because I make a couple 100k a week to play football and I'm excited to kick some arse 3 days a week instead of 2."

Dont expect Jose to ever stfu. Bitching and complaining is his mantra

I’m convinced Levy was doing his usual tigerdroppings research and saw my comment above and decided to make me look stupid by adding Bale & Reguilon. Lol
And I agree with blowme about Mourinhos constant bitching about the schedule rubbing off on the players. I understand the bitching if you think it has a chance to change things, but the schedule is set. It’s time to dig in.
