I’m anxious to find out the details of this loan. Lots of rumors about years(1 or 2) And % of wages covered. He is under contract with Madrid for two more years.

Apparently no loan fee, but Spurs are covering 50% of wages.

Absolutely no clue. Lo celso for winks would’ve been the easiest decision ever.

Nice win but let’s not let it mask how dog shite Dier and Winks are. Why does Jose want to play these guys nonstop. In act, other than Kane, it seems like those 2 get more minutes than anyone else. Could also include Lucas in that.
On another note, how about Kane’s passing? If we ever get a 2nd striker I would love to see a formation with Harry playing the 10. Also think the False 9 with Bale and Son having freedom do whatever they want could be nice.
Future is bright boys. Maybe. I don’t know. Jose could keep trotting out Dier Winks and Lucas with Lo Celso and Ndombele and Toby and Bale on the bench.

I thought maybe I could see Dier as a competent CB, but I think I’m with you now. He just looks like a slow oaf out there. I’m still terrified of every free kick Tottenham has to defend from stupid fouls we give away just outside of the box. It seems like almost every one of them results in a decent chance for opposition.
