I have firsthand knowledge and there are worse things you can go through but yeah divorce sucks. It almost always turns an unpleasant multi-month argument involving lawyers. And then you get to keep paying her after that's settled.

Don’t be too proud to go see a therapist. I’ve had several friends go through a nasty divorce and they will tell you that seeing a therapist was the best idea they ever had

I once knew a guy that told his wife the following when she told him she loved someone else and wanted a divorce: “I have $25,000 in savings. Either you can have it, and nothing more, or I will use it to pay someone to kill you.”

What I want to know OP is where I can find a damn good lawyer in Baldwin or Mobile County so mine is less brutal? It’s time for me to enter the Transfer Portal or if we want to use NFL terminology I want to put my sorry arse wife on waivers. It’s not like there is a Yelp for finding a damn good lawyer.
