Not Second Swing, they are too high.

EBay and maybe Rock Bottom Golf.com depending on the type.

I know a guy that found a set of TaylorMade irons that had never been hit at Goodwill. He pay 40 bucks for them.

Best bet is to get fitted first.

You ever have any luck on GolfWrx? It always seems like everyone is selling Circle Ts and Tour issued stuff lol.

We got a pretty good community going over in r/golfclassifieds on Reddit. PayPal Goods and Services so everyone is protected and not handing fee money over to eBay

I’ve posted things on eBay where people will message me and we finish the transaction communicating through golfwrx. Keeps the fees out of it.

I’ve purchased quite a bit from there over the years. I check the listings a couple times a week and sometimes come across a deal too good to pass up.

Global golf.

Download the honey extension on google chrome and run it at checkout and they will find every promo for you. And they usually have some decent hidden promos. It’s how I buy all my used clubs. I usually flip them on Facebook marketplace after a few months and barely lose money

Gotta check for sales. I bought a set(4-aw) of Srixon z765 with the plastic still on them for under $600.

Just checked...it was $575 back in March.

Good place.

Ask around. Plenty of people changing equipment or quitting the game.

I joined a group called club junkies on Facebook where there’s a ton of stuff for sale. Just recently joined so not sure if anyone else can give a better review

Finally going to dive in and find a set.

Is it possible to get a decent set for under $500? Or is it worth stretching the budget?

I’m as beginner as it gets. But plan on playing or practicing 1-2s per week.

Yes...

Google Game Improvement Irons and then go to a store/shop to test them out in the sim...then price them out on EBay. You can find all kind of clubs used.
