So no federal payroll tax taken out for the rest of year? Would we owe that money in April or just not have to pay it? How does that work?

I guess the PTHoliday is retro-active to July 1 to present-- so essentially it is a stimulus for all.

All good questions. He isn’t talking about an income tax reduction so this must be limited to social security. How about the employer portion? It isn’t much, really.
