How do I make so much money presenting bullshite “extreme” and “excuciating” injuries to such discerning jurors as yourself?
I can’t tell you I condone 100% of what other lawyers who classify themselves as plaintiff’s personal injury lawyers do, but I’m perfectly fine with how i conduct myself.
But Jake, old friend, you shouldn’t fret- the torts have been reformed! Gordon McKernan commoditizing $4,000 parking lot love taps is over. That was obviously all that was holding Louisiana back from being the tech and white collar job capital of the South, so all should be good now
