Leaving things up to the states is one of the most conservative/libertarian things he could possibly have done. Nationwide mandates trample on the rights of everyone.
At least this way, each state is able to assess their situation and act accordingly.

Yes but he has not even verbally condemned mask mandates nor did he stand against the $600 unemployment added from the federal government. He has time to tweet about Bubba Wallace but won’t condemn Governor ordered mask mandates.
