Dude has been a Skinny most of his life.
He’s in that stage where a few pushups/bench press/curls are showing their impact bc he’s continuing to eat the way he always has = a lot.
But that time will come when he hits 30/32 years old & that metabolism slows down.
Can’t continue to eat 5/6 eggs; rice & potatoes and just gorge yourself and think you’re “fueling” your body.
A Skinny’s metabolism will most definitely slow down and those abs you’ve always had will fade away, or morph into a semi-keg one day.
It will happen.
