I am very interested in this answer? I would assume they would have change all the dates unless the two conference games are added to beginning or end of schedule..

Just an educated guess, but I’d imagine the currently-scheduled games would remain as-is.

Don’t ask me how I know this but there is conference vote on the matter scheduled for tomorrow. To be clear vote on whether to play as scheduled, delay the start, or move to spring and to go conference only or not. Moving to spring is the last thing anyone wants though so don’t expect that.

What I’ve heard on the news, LSU keeps its cross division game. Plus add two SEC games, which would be the next East team in rotation. That would be Kentucky and Tennessee for LSU. Plus keeping the one OOC with Texas. I believe that’s 11 games. Should be a vote tomorrow.

I'd imagine it would be the same day. Also thinking that IF fans are allowed in the stadium, there won't be tickets given to fans of the away team. Cutting out those tickets would be an easy way to reduce additional covid risk.

I hope we get Tennessee and Mizzou added to the schedule.

Will never happen. The Athletic budgets are based on revenue that will come in during the fall. The TV money comes in the spring. There would be massive budget cuts if that were to happen.

I personally think they'll do a makeover of the schedules and dates. I'm sure some traditional dates, Bama/LSU, Tenn/Bama, UGA/UF etc, will stay and some already on certain dates but they have to navigate the open dates and try to be fair with open dates and grueling stretches(I know we are dealing with the SEC here).
As for the OOC games, I personally think if they are gonna happen then there has to be some requirements made. Can't have us playing Texas while the other conference contenders play rent a wins. Sure only the conference games matter for the conference but that ranking stipulation in tiebreakers put those with strong OOC opponents at a disadvantage. There has to be some kind of bar if we are gonna be subjected to the playoff committees bullshite about eye test and strength of schedule.

This. If they have to cancel a game to reschedule, everyone will need the same bye dates.

I would rather no season at all than to have one that has restrictions on it due to this over rated virus

I already have my tickets. If they don't allow fans I guess I'll just take the refund and maybe drive over to Universal studios or something
