We added and outdoor kitchen and covered patio last year. Tied it into the roofline of our home. Our existing patio(11x16) became the outdoor kitchen. Sink, fridge, 44” Blaze grill, warming drawer, side burners, trash pullout, one double door 3 drawer storage unit, single door storage/access point, and granite countertops. The part added was 14x36, with an additional five feet uncovered. Fireplace, travertine tiles, vaulted ceiling in one area. Ceilings are stained tongue n groove. 14 recessed lights, flood lights, and extra outlets in the soffits. Stained cedar beams with 1/3 brick for the base. Cost was $62k all in.

C-Bear - very interested in your project. I’m looking at one that is similar. Did you hire a GC? Self perform? Love to see some pics.

Any chance you could post a pic of the roofline and how it is tied in? Looking to do the same and we have a similar roofline to y’all. I’m curious to see how the tie-in looks. TIA!
