As much as it hurts to say this, I think the Cubs were a better team. The Cubs starters in Games 5, 6, and 7 were Lester, Arrieta, and Hendricks. Kluber was gassed.
If Carrasco didn’t get hurt late in the regular season, he could have made the difference.

Indians ran out of pitching that year. Losing Carrasco and Salazar cost them. They win that series in 5 games with both of those guys available to start.
