I wanted a smoked turkey sandwich, so I defrosted a boneless turkey breast, threw it in a brine last night and tossed it on the pit this morning. Hated wasting all of that extra room on the pit, so I threw a few country style ribs and a couple of pork steaks on there. Had dressed smoked turkey subs with apple wood smoked bacon and Swiss cheese. Added some fries, slaw and a large glass of milk. Probably would have been easier just going to Subway! :)

I love a smoked turkey sandwich, but not with deli meat. Your turkey looks great.
