Besides Wiggins and maybe Sage depending on if we want him at S or CB, either we take him and one of those boys. Jason is a Miami lean now and Ga'quincy is a Auburn lean, so we've got some ground if we want two CB's.

I respect that. We always strive to keep local kids home too. Clemson needs to play someone worth a damn instead of having a cake walk to the playoffs every year.

I really like I Johnson. I think he's underrated because he was hurt. He's much better than he gets credit for.
That said, if he goes ASU, good for them, good for him.
I hope we one of, if not both, McKinstry and Wiggins.

Fuuuuuuuuck I was really hoping we could snag Wiggins and johnson both. Can’t quite buy mckinstry leaving the state and love johnson and Wiggins. Guess we’ll see how things play out.

Wiggins is just as good as Johnson and McKinstry. I think he looks like he might be the best of trio. If we close with him and Sage we are golden for this cycle. I think Sage is a guy you are going to see in the slot a lot. He’s going to be playing a lot of corner. Seems more likely that we actually add another safety to go along with Gee for this class than another corner.

I see Sage being a Mathieu type. Very active in the nickel but can go 1v1 on the outside.

Sage has the speed and ball skills to play any back 7 position IMO. One of the rare few I think may end up faster once he bulks up a little more if the 5’11 is accurate.

Sage probably plays some inside/nickel but he’s not an outside/island corner. I just don’t see cover skills and length being strengths in that area
