Herd immunity is the only way out

Mask requirements put off herd immunity. This is absolute madness in dealing with a virus that is no worse than a common cold for most people.

Herd immunity is only as good as the length of the antibodies. Now, they are saying that’s not long. So your herd immunity claim may not work. Want to debate it? Show me the science on the antibodies and change my mind.

Yeah but are they also saying those with low or no antibodies are contagious?
Hint: the answer is no.

This is a really stupid thing to say

Facts don't care about your feelings.

The science has changed so much during this “pandemic” that I’m skeptical with anything the decision makers say.

You are correct my friend.
Only way out is through it. It's better to get through it as quickly as possible.
It's a war. Let's win it.
Eisenhower knew what would happen on the D Day beaches. We went anyway because it was necessary. And those were young men with their whole lives ahead of them.
Let's protect the vulnerable yes, but let the young and healthy kick this things arse.
We are cowering before a little cough and a few days on the couch.

Japan and South Korea seem to have had a little bit of success with masks

Are the majority of people who have tested positive having symptoms worse than a cold? I have not seen that reported anywhere.
ETA: we can meet at sonic if you want. Two for one knuckle sammiches for outside mask wearers

Except those 100k+ dead people. That’s also a fact

Where is the proof of herd immunity?
Perhaps both sides need to realize the virus is here to stay for a while and adjust accordingly. Pretending we can hide from the virus or that it’s a hoax are two sides of the same retarded coin. Would be nice for the President and Governors to acknowledge this. The average American probably thinks we have a vaccine around the corner by the way our politicians speak.

Antibodies don't last...herd immunity is worthless.

You are correct. What he should have said is that it's not as bad as the common cold for most people.

Fitna beat this, ya herd.

So what is the solution? Permanent biolab suits for everybody who goes outside?
Its here, it isnt going away, there wont be a vaccine anytime soon. It was time to go back to normal in March.

You mean those people that can pass it onto to others. Also the virus can certainly frick up or even kill a young healthy person. Sure it doesn't happen much but comparing to the cold is downright disingenuous

A cold can too.
