20 per decade. Like 2 a year

I used to stress eat. I still do, but not as much.

Those aren't the choices at all

good food and drink.
I hate to tell ya but I drink and eat what I want on the weekends and just use a little discipline Monday thru Thursday. So by your estimate I’ll have 12 additional years of good food and drink

Let me help you out here
At 20, you are eating 2500 kcal per day
By age 30, you need to reduce caloric intake by about 2%, or 50 kcal per day to keep the same weight. This assumes the same physical activity that you kept at age 20.
By age 40, you need to reduce caloric intake by about 5%, or 125 kcal per day (so 2375 kcal per day) to keep the same weight. This still assumes the same physical activity that you kept at age 20. How realistic is it to have same physical activity at 40 than at 20?
It increases more over time.

Those aren’t the only two choices.

A bunch of guys that haven't seen the inside of gym or their dick in at least a decade think they're weight experts. If you arent carrying a bunch of fat, 200 lbs is pretty heavy for 6 foot. A basketball player, isnt carrying that much muscle.

Ignore the clowns. Mind your diet, exercise, and make sure you’re getting a good nights sleep.

I looked and there was no references and looked at the author and skimmed the article. That was plenty of time to tell that it was bullshite.

Glad to have your nonsense back
you can spew a whole bunch of ridiculousness without sources, but I provide a source and it's immediately discredited
Awesome

As you get older it sneaks up on you. For most people you can fight the first weight gain back with one trick:
Quit drinking calories. Beer, milk, cokes, coffee with shite in it, etc.
That’ll stem the tide for a lot of people who have started to carry an extra 20 pounds.

Here's one from the Mayo Clinc. You can search Pubmed if you want more.

You need to provide research because the prevailing research is not on your side. You have the burden of proof when talking out of your arse.
