I would take the over. I don't think it will be legal on a federal level until sometime in the 2030s.

Actually the police and sheriff's associations, especially here in Louisiana, are the most hardcore when it comes to lobbying against legalization. They stand to lose a significant chunk of their budgets if the war on drugs goes away plus they have less opportunities for seizing private property and cash under civil asset forfeiture. They can cry me a damn river though.

It would make the most sense for the economy for it to happen now...

Are you worried about Antifa coming after your stuff yet?

Hell, we had that outbreak 80 years ago, and it's still holding on in pockets of infestation around the country.

You mean law enforcement and corrections community won't allow it given how much money they make off of the "War on Drugs".

Dark money is the main purpose for their existence.

On a side note, what are suggested strains for someone dealing with lack of appetite on chemo?
Thanks.

Same here. I moved 2,500 miles to live in a state where it is legal. The weather and scenery are a bonus, but the food (aside from pizza and burgers) really seems to suck in this part of the country.

Louisiana, Mississippi and Alabama will legalize it a decade after Florida has, after which it will have already been trucked over state lines with each of them losing billions in revenue.

For me lately, I noticed that Bubba Kush, Northern Lights and grandaddy purple had a huge impact on appetite for me. I think Northern lights has been a winner or at least a safe bet for a lot of people with that.

Never cared much for weed and am much more of a booze man myself but honestly I can’t believe it isn’t already legal nationwide
I know in some respects President’s can only do so much about it but I’m surprised none of the candidates have really harped on doing it these last couple times around

And yet it will still take Louisiana 15 years.
How was the wedding?

It will be decriminalized at the federal level within the next 2 years.
Louisiana: never.
It’s decriminalized in Orleans.
