Cost to put in a Butler's pantry and water line for an ice maker?

Long story short, buying a house with less than ideal cabinet space and looking for ways to maximize storage.
The wife wants to put in a Butler's pantry with an ice maker.
Looking for something like this minus the wine fridge:

Where is the nearest available water line, if not one already there?
Is this on a slab or crawlspace? if you need to run a water line from far away, that can become pricey

Cabinet makers should be able to quote you the entire thing including install outside of the ice maker and maybe even the ice maker.
You can run a Pex water line through the ceiling for the supply, hardest thing would be waste. It’s possible you could just waste outside I’m not sure?
As said they make ice makers similar to those in a fridge for like $900-1000 that don’t have waste lines. The ice isn’t clear good ice though and they are lower in production.
That project would be around $5000 is my guess especially looking nice like the pictured.

Google/Bing/whatever "ice maker drain pump". This eliminates the slab work, assuming you have access to a drain line in the attic nearby.
They're not cheap (E-Bay has one for $450), but it does give you another option.
