Realistic Class Prediction

Just my thoughts based on recent news and speculation. Keep in mind this isn't a wish list.
OFFENSE
QB:
Garret Nussmeier
RB:
Corey Kiner
Ke'Travion Hargrove
WR:
Deion Smith
JoJo Earle
Chris Hilton
Brian Thomas Jr.
TE:
Thomas Fidone
OT
Garret Dellinger
Tristan Leigh
iOL
no idea who we're going for here
DEFENSE
DT:
Anthony Hundley
Maason Smith
DE:
Landon Jackson
Saivion Jones
LB:
Raesjon Davis
Zavier Carter
Naquan Brown (could be a WDE but he's pretty light right now)
CB:
Sage Ryan (he'll play outside, nickel, and safety)
S:
Khari Gee
Jardin Gilbert
P:
Peyton Todd
This is only 21 total players. Obviously, we're going to sign more than this, but instead of throwing out predictions I have no clue about, I just put players we have more concrete info on. I know we are in the running for players like LJ Johnson, Camar Wheaton, Armoni Goodwin, Ga'Quincy McKinstry, Korey Foreman, and others, but these are the most realistic picks I could make.

Without adding the the dream commitments, it’s a damn good class.
Imagine when we land a few big ones we don’t expect!

I think you hit it right on the head. There will obviously be a couple surprises or people we take just to fill spots, but I definitely wouldn’t be mad at that class. Top 5 easy!

Yeah hopefully we get this class plus a couple of surprises. But honestly I feel like we will land 2 of the 5* players we are after (Maason Smith + someone else). We feel good about Leigh right now but he has flip flopped before and may do it again.

I've read that we lead for McKinstry.
Posted on 7/3/20 at 12:28 pm to LSUFanMizeWay
We’re in the Top 3 and pushing hard for McKinstry but Auburn is the leader as of now but it’s still a 3 horse race between them LSU and Bama.

I hope we get him so damn bad as many LA recruits Saban’s evil arse has snatched this would be a HEIST.

I would take Leigh off this class if you are being realistic. We have a good shot but not sold we call pull him
Posted on 7/3/20 at 1:02 pm to Wrucker16
According to bama mods, they lead for mckinstry. Doesn’t seem like they are being homers either. It will be a tough pull for us and I just don’t see him

In my opinion him coming here is the most realistic scenario. It's not a guarantee of course, but we are in a very good position to land him.
We have a crystal ball from Wiltfong (albeit low level). Vol also thinks he's coming here. This is all happening before we get him on an additional visit.

Good list. Would like to hear what interior linemen we are after (and have a shot with) besides Dellinger’s teammate.

Yeah I have no idea. Thought Roberts was a guy we wanted but he's with Auburn.

I would say add ILB Andrew Jones from John Ehret
He’s underrated (24/7 sports own rankings has him a lot higher than the composite sitting at the #159 overall player and #6 ILB)
He’s from Louisiana
And we need a true inside linebacker in this class
That puts us at 22...find a center and a couple guards and have an extra spot for Foreman or some other surprise commit

I wouldn't mind Nathaniel Wiggens at corner back. He and Coach Raymond have a great relationship. He's a definite baller...

The list needs 1 outside CB, 2 iOL, and a wildcard in my opinion. I'd love Penn III at LB but I haven't heard much lately. Looks like Maryland.

I don't see sage Ryan playing corner.
He will be a safety
He will be a safety

Dietrick Pennington.
Bryce Foster.(chances are low however)
Those two are the highest two besides Spindler.
*also Maason was wearing a Miami shirt yesterday, very confusing choice of shirt*

You can never go by the shirts they are wearing.
You will learn that quickly

Staff usually leaves spots open for late risers during their senior seasons.
Without summer camp evals /offers now, Id expect even more surprises from late fall through signing day. It’s only logical. Unless this staff comes up Aces and hits on almost all of their early targets which never happens

OP, I think you're pretty close. I would add:
OL - I see us adding two more OT and an interior guy to go along with Dellinger, so 4 total OL.
DE/OLB - We might be in good position for Keanu Koht
LB - We might be in play for Prince Kollie
DB - Nathaniel Wiggins
